At Beyondrugs, we want you to love your new foundation for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your rug within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
